Our work on clean energy mid-rise residential projects focused on integrating eco-friendly tech to boost living comfort and cut carbon footprints. A key focus was photovoltaic (PV) systems: I worked with renewable energy engineers to design roof-mounted and facade-integrated PV panels that matched the building’s style, ensuring efficient sunlight absorption without harming aesthetics. These systems generated around 8,000 kWh monthly for common areas (e.g., corridor lighting, elevators), reducing the community’s grid power reliance by ~30%. Additionally, I oversaw a water system that filters non-drinkable groundwater into healthy, direct-drinking water. We also installed a fresh air system in each unit—fitted with HEPA filters and heat recovery tech, it replaces indoor air with filtered outdoor air 4-6 times hourly, removing over 99% of PM2.5 and pollen while retaining up to 75% of indoor heat/coolness, greatly improving air quality and energy efficiency.
We have rich experience in the full life cycle of commercial real estate projects, covering initial market research, project positioning, detailed design, construction supervision and post-completion operation coordination. In previous collaborations, I led teams to analyze regional consumer demographics, business layout trends and traffic characteristics to develop targeted plans—for instance, optimizing retail, catering and office space allocation in a downtown commercial complex to boost tenant appeal and foot traffic. During construction, I focused on balancing quality, cost and schedule: strict material inspection standards and weekly on-site progress reviews helped resolve potential supply chain-related delays, delivering the project 2 weeks early. Post-launch, I assisted in creating tenant management rules and promotion plans, enabling the property to reach 95% occupancy in 3 months and sustain stable operating income growth.

During design, I collaborate with architects and interior designers to turn these needs into detailed blueprints, ensuring compliance with local codes and optimized space use (e.g., hidden storage, smart home integration, custom kitchens). In construction, I manage vendor selection, material sourcing (prioritizing high-quality, design-matching materials) and on-site supervision to meet top standards. A recent project was a 4-bedroom villa with a rooftop terrace, basement home theater and rainwater harvesting system; meticulous management ensured on-time, on-budget delivery that fully met the client’s expectations.
