Project Purpose: Living Space
Project Area: 150 square meters
The house is built with four recycled cargo containers, with a beautiful 4x40-foot box room, with internainsulation and double-layer exterior walls.
In order to make the containers habitable, they areinsulated and weather-resistant. The lower part iscovered with a steel plate, which can delay the rust atthe bottom with the passage of use time. In order tosupplement the local shape and color the top-levelcontainer is covered with gray powder-coated metalplates, which makes it deeply integrated with the rurae鮫括都官中vironment.

Quality and After-sales Service
Core Material: Mainly hot-dip galvanized cold-formed thin-walled steel (Q235/Q345 low-carbon steel). The galvanized layer (180-275g/㎡) on the surface prevents rust, with a service life of over 50 years. C/U/Z-section steel is commonly used, and square tubes/channel steel are used for key joints.
Auxiliary Components: Include connectors such as self-tapping screws, M8-M12 bolts and angle brackets, as well as supporting parts like X-shaped/diagonal braces (resisting horizontal loads) and tie rods (preventing purlin deformation).
Structure & Force-Bearing: Adopts a "frame-brace system", divided into three parts: walls (bearing vertical + horizontal loads, no load-bearing wall restrictions), floors (bearing the weight of furniture/personnel), and roofs (bearing self-weight/rain/snow, with a drainage slope of ≥5°). Its advantages are light weight (only 1/3-1/5 the weight of brick-concrete structures) and high strength (load-bearing capacity of 200-300kg/㎡), capable of resisting magnitude 8 earthquakes and level 12 typhoons.
Construction & Advantages: Follows the process of "factory prefabrication (BIM design, accuracy ±1mm) + on-site assembly". A 100㎡ villa takes about 30-60 days to complete. It is more environmentally friendly (steel recovery rate over 90%) and has more flexible space compared with brick-concrete structures.
